Threadhopping: As long as the other players are okay with it. When in doubt, ask first.
Fourthwalling: Jasper comes from a very meta-friendly game where player comments in the narrative of tags and tongue-in-cheek fourthwalling were allowed, the latter with player permission. That said, I tend to prefer to avoid it in general, but you can ask first.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Clearly label any sensitive/triggering or NSFW content and we'll be good. I prefer to avoid overly graphic descriptions of gore, (nonconsensual) sexual violence, and animal abuse.

Hugging this character: You may try. He isn't keen on being touched, unless you're Alice or otherwise very close CR. Touch amplifies his empathic abilities.
Kissing this character: You may try, though you probably shouldn't. He's very married.
Flirting with this character: Yes. I mean he'll roll with it, but, again. Happily married.
Fighting with this character: Yes. Among vampires and werewolves alike he's considered an extremely adept fighter, but because of his dubious self-control around blood and inhuman strength, he prefers to avoid physical confrontations when possible. If he slips into a bloodfrenzy, it can be very difficult to restrain him.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes. He's pretty impervious to harm, but can be injured in certain ways. For now I'd rather avoid anything permanently disabling/disfiguring, but depending on what a plot calls for, I might consider it.
Killing this character: I'd rather not, unless there are revival mechanics.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: On a case by case basis. Talk to me first so we can figure out what your character will pick up, if anything. Because Jasper has had some training in mental shielding, he won't generally be "broadcasting" his thoughts unless it's done intentionally; for instance what he does with his brother Edward, thinking very directly at him to communicate telepathically. Otherwise, to powerful psychic types, they might perceive his mental shields or else simply find his mind silent. During times when he suffers extreme bloodlust, his control is far more likely to slip.
Other: I'm happy to accommodate other players, so feel free to talk to me if there's anything in particular you want to play out. There are some things I won't play, mainly along the lines of what I mentioned above in 'offensive subjects'. If you'd like to drop a thread with me, I'd appreciate a heads up so we can agree on a handwaved conclusion if it's needed (especially in games). If for any reason you don't want me to tag you, please let me know. Also if you need one of our threads for AC feel free to tell me so I can prioritise it if possible, I don't mind.
Jasper is an empath, capable of feeling and manipulating others' emotions. The manipulation will never happen without player consent (and, ICly, Jasper is reluctant to do this without good cause), but if you'd like to opt out of his empathy stuff entirely, let me know.
